We raise Miniature Beef cattle - compact, efficient, and full of personality. One of our favorite girls on the farm is "Cow Patti" (see photo on the right). A true character and a bit of a local celebrity around here. If you look closely, you’ll notice something special: she has the shape of Texas right on her forehead! We like to say she was born to represent the Lone Star State with pride. With her sweet nature and iconic marking, she’s not just part of the herd—she’s part of the heart of our operation.
